My intent today was to run 3 miles, but that didn't happen. Around 2.2, I started feeling a blister forming on my left arch and stopped to check it out. It's already pretty tender and I can't find my bandaid blister blocker stuff, so I decided to finish the half lap I had to get back to my things, then call it a day. I definitely could have made it to three miles, though. I wasn't tired at all and my knee was holding up nicely. |
